Privacy Policy
How this independent editorial review site handles information about its readers in the United Arab Emirates.
Try the sponsor's demoWhat does this policy cover, and what does it not cover?
This policy explains how wltebrokerae.com collects, uses, stores and shares information when you read the site. It covers the editorial pages you see here, the contact form, and the basic technical records that any website keeps in order to work.
It does not cover the broker Weltrade or any service you may reach through a link. This site is an independent editorial resource. It is not the broker, it is not affiliated with the broker, and it does not open accounts, hold deposits, place orders or give financial or investment advice. If you contact the broker or use its platform, that company's own privacy policy applies to what it does with your information, and this site has no control over it.
Read this page as a plain description of what happens to data on this site, not as a set of contractual promises about anyone else's business.
What do you collect about me, and what do you not collect?
The site collects what you choose to send through the contact form, such as your name, your message and whatever contact detail you decide to include. It also keeps ordinary technical records: the pages requested, the time of the visit, the type of browser and device, the approximate region a request comes from, and the referring page. Small files stored in your browser may be used to remember preferences and to count visits.
The site does not ask for and does not want your payment card details, your bank credentials, your trading account login, your identity documents, your account balances or your transaction history. Do not send any of that through the contact form. Nothing on this site is designed to take deposits or to process payments, and no field here is meant for financial account information.
If you send sensitive material anyway, it is treated as ordinary correspondence and handled only for the purpose of answering you.
Who sees your information, and who is it never sold to?
Access inside the site is limited to the people who run the editorial operation and who need it to answer messages, fix faults or keep records. Technical work is done by service providers that host the site, deliver its pages and measure traffic; they see data only as needed to perform that work for this site. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or to protect the site and its readers from abuse.
Your information is never sold. It is not rented, not traded for advertising audiences, and not handed to the broker as a lead or a customer list. This site does not share reader data with the broker for marketing, and it does not pass contact details to any other broker, platform or commercial partner.
Links to outside pages exist for reference. Once you follow one, you are on someone else's site and that operator's rules apply.
Where is the information kept, and for how long?
The site's servers and the service providers that support it may sit outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. That means information you send may be stored and processed in another country, where privacy rules can differ from those here. Reasonable steps are taken to keep such transfers limited to what the operation needs.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence, and are then removed. Technical logs and visit statistics are kept for a shorter period, long enough to understand traffic and investigate problems. Records may be held longer where the law requires it or where a dispute is open, and are deleted once that reason ends.
What are my rights, and how do I use them?
You can ask what information about you is held, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to a particular use. You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier, though that does not affect what was done before. Where the law gives you the right, you can ask for your data in a portable form or ask that a use be restricted.
The legal basis for processing is your consent when you send a message, the legitimate interest of running and protecting an editorial site when technical records are kept, and compliance with legal obligations where records must be preserved.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form on this site and describe your request clearly. Requests are reviewed and answered within a reasonable time, and you may complain to the competent data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates if you are not satisfied with the response.
